This event launches the edited collection 'Sexual Violence on Trial: Local and Comparative Perspectives', edited by Rachel Killean, Eithne Dowds and Anne-Marie McAlinden. It will feature reflections on the recent Gillen Review into the law and procedures in serious sexual offences in Northern Ireland, as well as remarks from the book's editors and two contributors. The launch rounds off the Women as Legal Changemakers conference, hosted by the School of Law's Athena Swan Committee.
