Lawri
lawri MVP addresses two main problems in the current residential sales cycle identified during market research.
(a) Time taken to get from sale agreed to sale completion; and
(b) An unacceptable inconsistency in document analysis from firm-to-firm, producing a varied risk profile across the profession
lawri will address both these issues through its analysis of all residential legal documents in less than 60 seconds, producing specific outputs relevant to the property, revolutionising the residential sale cycle.
lawri will provide efficiencies enabling firms to generate increased revenue from more property sales/purchases or from other legal practise areas. Also introducing consistency across practise, lawri will lower risk exposure reducing professional indemnity insurance premiums and maintaining law firms mortgage panel membership, necessary to be able to act for a mortgage company in a property purchase.
