- Law and Politics
Law and politics are integrally related to one another. The content of law is profoundly influenced by the political dynamics of government and legislatures. At the same time, politics is almost always structured and constrained by law. The Law with Politics degree programme offers students an excellent opportunity to understand this complex relationship. The programme provides a foundation in public and private law, including the essential elements of a Qualifying Law egree for legal practice. Meanwhile, students learn the fundamentals of the study of politics and pursue optional politics modules in accordance with their interests and career aspirations.
- Law with French
Students study the key components necessary for a Qualifying Law Degree in addition to their language modules. These students spend one year (between their second and final year) studying in a University abroad (either France or Spain depending on their degree pathway).
In addition to the knowledge acquired through this degree, and indeed in the fine-tuning of their particular language choice, students graduate with a wealth of skills suitable for both legal and non-legal professions. The student experience is further enhanced by spending a year at a partner institution in Europe. This all contributes to the student’s personal development, skills development, ability to develop in different situations and, in so doing, to become assets of the future global work-force. - Law with Spanish
Students study the key components necessary for a Qualifying Law Degree in addition to their language modules. These students spend one year (between their second and final year) studying in a University abroad (either France or Spain depending on their degree pathway).
