Linklaters at QUB – Life as a Trainee at a Commercial Law Firm

30 January, 2020

Finding out about life as a trainee solicitor.

Linklaters LLP was one of the first law firms to have spoken to students this year. They organised an interactive presentation on Wednesday 29th of January in the School of Law.

The session was led by two current trainees who are both Queen’s Alumni. They gave students an insight into their experiences working for Linklaters and what life is like as a trainee solicitor in London. They also shared several tips on how to stand out when applying and attending assessment centres or interviews in the future.

The event attracted more than 40 participants who had the opportunity to talk to the trainees informally after the presentation.

For more information on how to apply and the opportunities available to students, visit their website  here.
